A single shave
cart, with water and electrical. An optional 3 compartment sink in
the top provide a wash area for utensils. A separate hand sink is
mounted below the lockable cash drawer. A hot and cold water
pressure system is provided with a pressure pump, a 2.5 gallon hot
water heater, 5 gallon fresh water tank and a 10 gallon waste tank.
Syrup bottles are placed under the serving shelf in full view of the
customer. This area is
protected from the customer side by a polycarbonate shield and a stainless
steel over shelf.
