Shear, Punch, Press Brake Operator

​We are a custom metal fabricator and are looking for someone who is experienced in custom sheet metal fabrication.
Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Shear
• Operate CNC Punch
• Operate CNC Press Brake and knowledgeable about Tooling, Tooling Setups, Bend Allowances, and Forming.
• Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Must be able to read tape measure and protractor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management such as:
• Recieve Material
• Operate Forklift

​WELDER /  POLISHER

• 3 years TIG & MIG experience with stainless steel and aluminum custom sheet metal fabrication.
• ​2 years of experience as a Sheet Metal Polisher
• Be able to layout, read blueprints, and build from prints and samples.  
• Manufacture quality metal parts to a specific design using TIG welding equipment.
• Ability to work a job from start to finish including Shearing, Punching, Forming, Welding, and Polishing.
• Performing TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum while maintaining acceptable appearance and strength.
• Setting up and running jobs independently, producing an acceptable quantity of parts.
• Able to polish and deburr metal parts using powered or air hand tools. 
• Ability to produce high quality products.
